Mini Corn Dogs

Ingredients:


- 1-8.5 oz. box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 Tbs honey
- 4 turkey Hot dogs, sliced into 3 pieces 
- 1-2 slices of cheddar cheese 



Instructions:
1. Spray the muffin pan with pam. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a med bowl, combine the mix, egg, honey and milk. Stir batter.
3. Fill each mini muffin about half way.

 4. Place 3 pieces of turkey hot dog into each batter spreading out, and pressing in gently. 

5. Place a piece of cheese on each muffin 


4. Bake in oven for 15 - 20 min. or until golden brown. Allow to cool in pan for 5 min. before removing to platter.
