Baked avocado slices

Ingredients:
- Panko bread crumbs
- whole wheat bread crumbs 
- 2 eggs
- milk  
- 3 avocados
- Low sodium Tony's 
- garlic salt



Instructions:
1. Preheat oven 375 degrees
2. Cut avocados into thin slices
3. Crack eggs in a small bowl and pour in 1/4 c of milk. Whisk together
4. Pour bread crumbs into separate small bowl, sprinkle in teaspoon of Tony's, and garlic salt and mix 

5. Begin to dip avocado slices into egg mixture, then bread crumb mixture , then place on baking sheet


6. Bake for 25-30 mins
