Hold the bread French dip

Ingredients: (makes around 12 cupcakes)
- 8oz Roast beef (thinly sliced)
- 4 large slices of Swiss cheese (I cut 4 square slices out of 1 big square)
- 1 c of reduced fat mozzarella cheese
- 24 won ton wrappers (I use two per holder to have more strength to hold gravy)
- 1/3 c Au Jus Gravy ( I used the 1 packet of McCormick & had leftover gravy) you can thicken it with flower, but that's your choice

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees, and begin your gravy
2. Begin to place won ton wrappers in cupcake holder (lightly spray with Pam first). I doubled up on won tons and used 2 per holder for more strength of holding the gravy in
3. In a large bowl put roast beef and mozzarella cheese together, and heat in the microwave for 1 minute melt the cheese. Mix together with a spoon
4. Begin scooping mixture into won ton cups
5. Put one slice of Swiss cheese on each cupcake
6. Fold over won ton tips if you can
7. Bake 15-20 mins
