Spinach stuffed chicken

- 3skinless chicken breast (you can change this according to how Many people you are feeding)
- 2 c of spinach
- 1tsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 3 slices of pepperjack or mozzarella cheese (your choice)

1. Preheat oven to 325' or grill outdoors
2. Flatten chicken, and slice down the center like a taco shell. (but not all the way through)
3. Stuff chicken with spinach and 1 slice of cheese
4. Rub exterior with olive oil, and begin to add seasonings.
5. Bake 15-20 mins
