Egg Stuffed pepper

- 1 egg per pepper
- bell pepper (whatever type pepper you like best) 1 per person
- cooked bacon
- salt/pepper

1. Reheat 300' or this can be grilled as well
2. Clean peppers, cook bacon
3. You can cut this 2 different ways
A. Cut off the top, and scoop out the center
B. Cut down the center, scoop out each side (this will need one egg per piece)
4. Crack an egg in the center of the pepper, drop cooked bacon in egg, top
With seasonin.
5. Bake 15-20 mins
