Spaghetti squash spaghetti

- 1 large spaghetti squash
- 1 large can of tomato sauce
- 1 lb of turkey meat
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 2 gloves of garlic
- olive oil
- Italian seasoning

1. Preheat oven to 400' slice squash long ways in half, scoop out center seeds, Cover in olive oil, lay face down on pan. Bake 20 mins
2. Place garlic,onions,and turkey meat in skillet. Cook meat until brown. Add seasoning
3. Take squash out of the oven, take a
Fork and scrap out center until hollowed out. It will resemble spaghetti noodles.
4. Pour tomato sauce over meat. Cook on low to medium heat another 15 mins
5. If you want softer "noodles" pour the "noodles" on a baking sheet and place them back in the oven 10-15 mins
6. Serve like spaghetti when finished
