Buffalo Chicken Cups

- 2-3 chicken breast
- 1/2 c buffalo sauce
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1/6 c blue cheese crumbles (or mozzerella cheese if you dont like blue cheese)
- 2 scallions (diced)
- 1/2 tsp paprika and
- 1/2 tsp chili powder

1. Preheat oven to 375'
2. Brush chicken with olive oil, and rub in spices. Bake 20-30 minutes
3. While chicken cooks, spray cupcake tin with cooking spray, and press a won ton wrappers into each cupcake holder (if you have a larger cupcake holder you can use two won ton wrappers)
4. Once chicken is cooked, put in a bowl and shread, pour in buffalo sauce, and mix together
5. Begin to fill each cup with chicken
6. Top with cheese and scallions, Spray the top with cooking spray so the top will have a brown crust
7. Bake 20 mins
