Italian Sausage Spaghetti

- Spaghetti Squash
- 1 lb ground italian sausage
- 1 zucchini diced
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- 8 oz water (or white wine if you have any on hand)
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tsp basil
- 1.5 tsp garlic
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- olive oil (just to pour over the squash)

1. Preheat oven to 400' and slice spaghetti squash long way, scoop out center , and lay face down on baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes
2. While squash is baking, place sausage in skillet, and cook until brown
3. Add onions and zucchini
4. Cook on medium for about 5 minutes, add in sauce. Stir.
5. Add in all seasoning, and water (or wine)
6. Cook on low 15-20 minutes
7. When squash is finished, let cool, take a fork and scrape the inside out into a bowl. (It will look like spaghetti ) Drizzle olive oil over and cheese of your choice onto hot squash, and mix together.
8. Place "spaghetti" in bowl, pour sausage mixture over "spaghetti". Serve
