- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c organic sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 c coconut milk
- dash of salt
- 1-2 peach
1. Preheat oven to 350'
2. In bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and milk
3. Spray baking sheet with pam, pour mixture in cupcake pan
4. Dice peaches and pour them into mixture.
5. Sprinkle cupcakes with cinnamon
6. Bake 15-20 minutes
