Taco Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp fresh or dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/5 tsp cumin
Cook ground beef in a skillet, and add all seasoning
Fresh Guacamole:
- 3 mashed avocados
- 1/4 c diced red onion
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 1/2 diced tomato
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
- 1 head of lettuce (instead of taco shells)
- 1 can black beans
- salsa
Chips:
- 3-4 gluten free corn tortillas
- pam cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350' . Slice tortillas chips, lay on baking sheet, spray with pam. Bake for 10-15 mins or until crispy.
Build lettuce like taco shells, and serve! This is a delicious taco night without all the guilt and carbs! Enjoy!
