Simple Replacements


 
1. Sliced Bread --> Whole Wheat Pita Bread
2. Mashed Potatoes --> Mashed Cauliflower
3. Flour tortillas --> Corn tortillas
4. Sour Cream/Mayo  --> Greek Yogurt (I used greek yogurt when making deviled eggs, and potato salad, and add spices. It taste even better I think.)
5. Fruit Juice --> Fruit Water
6. French fries --> Sweet Potato fries
7. Tomato sauce --> fresh diced tomato (less sodium)
8. Pasta --> Whole wheat pasta/spaghetti squash
9. White Rice --> Quinoa
10. Mayo --> Mashed Avocado
11. Chips --> Almonds
