- 2-3 corn kernels
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/2 lime
- 1/2 Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1. Wrap corn in foil, and place in oven on 350'
2. Roast corn for 25 minutes, while corn cooks, place all drive ingredients in a bowl and mix together
3. Let corn cool, take a knife and skin the corn kernels off cob
3. Heat butter in skillet, add garlic. Pour corn in. Mix together
4. Add Parmesan mixture, stir together.
