Teriyaki meatballs

Ingredients :
- 1 lb ground turkey 
- 1/4 c diced scallions 
- 1/4 c chopped cilantro 
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce 
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic 
- 1 egg 
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs 
- 1 tbsp Panko crumbs 

Sauce: 
- 1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 c water 
- 1/4 c rice vinegar 
- 1/2 tsp ginger 
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1/4 c brown sugar 

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400* , turn on rice cooker with whole grain brown rice
2. Place all meatball ingredients together, and begin to mix together with you hands. 
3. Spray baking sheet with Pam, and begin to roll small balls. Placing each one on the pan
4. Place in oven, bake 15 minutes , take out, flip each ball over and bake another 5 minutes. 
6. Mix together all sauce ingredients together and stir 
7. Place rice oin bowl, top with balls and sauce an serve warm.
