Brussel Sprout Bacon Dish

- 1 bag of frozen Brussel sprouts 
- 1/2 large sweet potato 
- 1/4 c diced yellow onion 
- 5 slices of bacon (cut 1 inch thick) 
- 2 cloves of garlic diced very small 

1. Begin to cook bacon for 1 minute on medium heat, (the bacon will continue to cook with veggies) don't let it get brown 
2. Add onions and garlic, mix together to sauté 
3. Add veggies and mix together
4. Cook on medium heat, mixing every now and then until veggies are soft
