Spinach Turkey Burgers


- 1 lb ground lean turkey
- 1.2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups spinach (if using bag of spinach, drain water with papertowel, if its fresh spinach, place in food processor)
- 1/2 packet of onion mix
- salt and pepper

- 1 head of lettuce

Toppings: these are a couple we used
- Guacamole
- Bacon (turkey bacon)
- low fat cheddar cheese
- horseradish mustard

1. Preheat oven to 400' , Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mix together with your hands
2. Begin to take 1/4 c of mixture out , and shape into hamburger patty
3. Place foil on baking sheet, and begin to place each patty down.
4. Bake 25-30 minutes, flipping over after 15 minutes.
5. Place burger on lettuce wrap, and place any of your favorite toppings
