Egg stack


Ingredients:
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 c shredded sweet potato (for each hashbrown)
- 1 tsp flour (for each hashbrown) 
- 1 avocado
- 1 egg

Instructions: 
1. Take a cheese grater, using the larger side shred the clean sweet potato, making a half c up for each hash brown you would like

2. Place in bowl, add flour and mix together. 

3. Heat coconut oil , Make a sweet potato patty and place in hot oil.

4. Carefully flip over
5. Slice avocado, and cook egg
6. Layer all 3
