Nutella cupcakes with strawberry icing





Ingredients: 
- 1 c Nutella 
- 2 eggs 
- 1 c whole wheat flour/coconut flour 
- 1/4 coconut milk (if its hard to stir or dry)

Icing:
- 1 c low fat whip cream 
- 3-4 blended strawberries 
- 4 tbsp coconut sugar/brown sugar 

Instructions: 
1. Preheat oven to 375'
2. In a medium bowl mix together Nutella ingredients 
3. Use a scooper or spoon and pour mixture into sprayed cupcake tin 
4. Place in oven 15-20 minutes 
5. Take out and let cool 


Icing
1. Place all ingredients in bowl (I blended my strawberries in my magic bullet) 
2. Mix together very well with whisk 
3. Place in freezer ten minutes 
4. Place on cupcakes with a strawberry
