Veggie Potstickers

- 1/3 c diced cabbage 
- 1/3 c diced carrots 
- 1 large diced scallion
- cilantro 
- 1/3 c diced sweet potatoes
- 1 package of wonton wrappers 

- 1/3 low sodium soy sauce
- dash ginger
- dash rice vinegar
- dash coconut sugar 

1. Dice all veggies, place in bowl, mix together 

 2. Lay wonton wrappers out, with small glass of water next to it, and place small amount of mixture in center 
3. Wet sides of wonton wrapper, an carefully fold in half making a triangle. Pinching top of wrapper making sure wrapper is sealed. Place in steamer container 
4. Steam potstickers for 15-20 minutes (I used my rice cooker/steamer
