Hashbrown muffins

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs 
- splash of milk
- cheese
- ground breakfast turkey sausage 
- hashbrowns/sweet potato


Instructions: 

1. Preheat oven 350'. Cook ground turkey in skillet and set aside, crack eggs in bowl and milk and beat. 
2. Place hashbrowns in cupcake tins, and bake for 10 mins 
3. Add turkey
4. Using a 1/4 measuring cup pour eggs mixture 
5. Add cheese 
6. Bake for 20 minutes
