Egg English Muffin

Ingredients:
- 1 English muffin per person
- 1 egg per person 
- 1 turkey sausage patty per person 
- cheddar cheese 



Instructions: 
1. Preheat oven to 350' and spray cupcake tins with Pam. Crack 1 egg in each holder
2. Bake eggs for 10 mins, and carefully scoop out each one 
3. Toast English muffins 
4. Cook turkey pattys 
5. Assemble all muffins, and add cheese. You can wrap in foil and store in freezer, when it comes time to eat remove from foil and microwave on the go!
