Asparagus procuitto pasta

- 100% whole wheat pasta
- 1/2 lemon 
- 1 c coconut milk
- 1 bundle of asparagus 
- 1 package of procuitto 
- diced/grated Parmesan or Provolone cheese
- 1 tsp garlic and parsley 
- olive oil 


1. Steam asparagus, and begin to cook pasta. 
2. Once asparagus has been steamed, place in water with ice cubes to shock it. Leave for ten minutes. Begin to dice prosciutto 
3. Drizzle olive oil in sauté pan, let heat. Sprinkle prosciutto in pan. Slice asparagus into one inch pieces. 
4. Once prosciutto is cooked , add the reminder of ingredients. Mix together. 
5. Pour mixture over pasta and sprinkle with cheese
