Bbq sweet nachos

Ingredients: 
- grilled chicken 
- 1 c mozzarella cheese 
- 1-2 sweet potatoes (depending how much you want to make they do shrink a little when you bake them) 
- low Calorie, low-sodium barbecue sauce
- purple onion 
- cilantro 



Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350' and cook  chicken on stove 
2. Begin to dice/slices veggies 
3. Drizzle sweet potatoes with olive oil, then bake 20-25 mins , shred chicken

4. Place all Ingredients on top of sweet potatoes. Drizzle with bbq sauce. Bake 15-20 mins or until cheese is crispy on top
