Buffalo chicken pasta

- 2 large chicken breast
- 100% whole wheat pasta 
- 1.5 c mild buffalo sauce 
- 1 c mozzerella cheese
- 1 c plain Greek yogurt 
- 1/2 package of ranch seasoning 
- 1 tbsp coconut oil 
- 1 tsp garlic salt 
- 1 tsp low sodium Cajun seasoning or paprika 

1. Preheat oven to 375' Heat coconut oil in skillet, and dice chicken. Once chicks is diced place in skillet and top with seasonings. Begin to cook pasta in boiling water at the same time 
2.  While checking chicken, mix together Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning
3. Once that is mixed add the buffalo sauce and mix together 

4. Once chicken is finished cooking,place in bowl aside and let it cool

5. drain pasta, and shred chicken
6. Mix pasta, chicken, cheese , and sauce mixture all in a large bowl
7. Pour mixture in baking dish, and bake 20 minutes
