Arugula salad mix

Ingredients: 
Arugula salad 
- avocado
- grilled chicken 
- cherry tomatoes 
- green pepper  
-  quinoa
- Parmesan reggiano 
- lemon 

Instructions :
1. Grill chicken to your liking (I purchased the preseasoned chicken Breast and baked it on 375') 
2. Cut green pepper , rub with coconut oil and baked 15 mins on 375' 
3. Cook quinoa on stove top, and slice and sauté tomatoes in coconut (or olive oil) sprinkle with garlic 
4. Slice veggies and cheese. Mix all salad ingredients together and top with cheese and squeeze lemon juice on top for dressing.
