Avocado Bacon Chicken

- chicken breast
- avocado
- low sodium bacon
- garlic salt
- pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375' place foil or parchment paper on baking sheet
2. slice chicken breast in half , thinly slice avocado

3. carefully place avocado in chicken , sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper and fold over
4. wrap chicken with bacon 2-4 slices depending on size
5. Place chicken on baking sheet, and place in oven

6. bake on each side for 15 minutes
7. heat skillet up, and place chicken wraps on each side until bacon is crispy to your liking

* I cooked my brussel sprouts in the same skillet in the bacon grease for flavor
