Chicken Mexican salad

Ingredients: 
- 3-4 chicken breast- diced
- romaine lettuce - diced 
- corn
- black beans 
- cheese 
- 2 avocados
- low sodium taco seasoning 
Optional: peppers, onions, tomatoes 

Dressing: 
- 1 avocado
- 1 c plain Greek yogurt 
- 1/3 c water 
- 1 c cilantro 
- 1 lime (juice) 
- 1 tbsp cumin 
- 1 tbsp garlic 
- sprinkle of sea salt 

Directions: 
1. Dice chicken. Drizzle olive oil over skillet.
2. Cook chicken, add taco seasoning 
3. While the chicken cooks, slice lettuce, and prep salad. 
4. Place all dressing ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth 
5. Let chicken cool before placing on salad
