I have been married to an amazing man, Ryan for almost 5 years, and we have been together almost 8 years. He is absolutely the love of my life, and my best friend. Ever since we have been together we have brought out the best in one another, he is the reason for all my motivation. He has been the stepping stone to teaching me everything I need to know about becoming healthy from his previous fitness training years, previous races and an active rugby and football player.
Growing up I was always around family who has a passion for cooking, but it was never something I really picked up on until after college, when I was trying to get all the weight off. Now that my husband and I have a family of our own, I truly want to be able to teach my children how to enjoy life and the enjoy the food they eat. I am a new mom to two wonderful kids who I am completely in love with. I have an wild three year old boy, Grayson and a newborn girl, Kaelynn. I am once again a stay at home wife/mother, always chasing around my son, and beginning my baby weight loss for the second time around.
I hope you enjoy reading all the tips and things that helped me change my life for the better. Just know I am not trying to be the next food network star, or a trainer, I just enjoy cooking and being with my family, and would love to influence another family to do the same.
